Exhibition Sponsorship Opportunities

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

On behalf of the Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the XXVII Nordic Fertility Society Meeting we have the honour and pleasure of inviting you to contribute as a sponsor to our conference (www.nfs2024.no).

The conference will take place in Oslo, Norway from 15th to 17th of August 2024 at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel.

Regarding pre -and post conference meetings and workshops, LOC will not be arranging such events in connection with the conference this year. If sponsors would like to arrange such events, they are welcome to do so.

As the conference approaches, LOC can be contacted by sponsors for a list of participants.

Sponsorship proposals

Various levels of sponsorship opportunities are available as set out below.
NOTE: All fees are excluding 25% VAT.

Sponsor type: Sponsored lectures – 2 available
There will be room for two sponsored 30 minutes lectures in the plenary sessions during the conference. These lectures must have scientific content and the title and content of the lecture must be approved by LOC. This is a great opportunity for sponsors to increase participants attention to their company. Sponsors must handle travel arrangements for lecturers. This additional sponsor opportunity has a fee of 80.000,- NOK and will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.

Sponsor type: GOLD stand - 3 sponsorships available
Fee of 300.000,- NOK

8 square metres (2x4) in the main exhibition area | gold stand
This is the best location in the exhibition area for maximum participant interaction
A 3 minute company pitch is included to maximize participants attention. The pitch will take place between two lectures in a plenary session, and the company will be introduced by the session chair.

Other sponsorship opportunities (first come, first served)

Company logo on recycled tote bag: max 6 company logos available: 15.000,- NOK
The tote bags will be handed out to all participants on-site upon registration.
Company brochure/material will be enclosed in the Tote bag.

Sponsor wall | Photo boot: max 4 company logos available: 15.000,- NOK
The sponsor wall will be available in the main exhibition hall during the whole conference.
The photo boot will be available during the evening of the Conference Dinner at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel. Pictures can be published on social media.

Pen and Pad: max 1 sponsor
Pen and pad will be distributed to all delegates (inside tote bag upon registration).
Sponsorship: 10.000,- NOK. The sponsor covers the actual cost of the supplies.

Company brochure/material in the tote bag upon registration:
Limited number of sponsors, based upon first come, first served.
Sponsorship: 10.000,- NOK.

Additional equipment required on stand:
Cocktail table (height 110/depth 76) each table, including stretch tablecloth 375,- NOK
Barstool to match, each cocktail table 95,- NOK

TV/Monitor, please indicate alternative size required. Prices on request.
Please inform whether you need a TV/Monitor Desk stand or on foot.

VAT
If you are a foreign business, you may be entitled to a VAT refund in connection with purchases of goods/services in Norway, provided that certain conditions are met.
All invoices will be specified in NOK and with VAT.
